Congratulations are in order to Odette Lennane, an Oyster farmer located in Tasmania.  Odette has secured FRDC funding  to research the potential for Oysters utilising their filtering capacity to improve the quality of water in estuaries and rivers and the potential for them to work as a carbon sink.
